Royal Marco Point Floor Plans
The Royal Marco Point community is made up of 3 individual associations:

- Riviera (Royal Marco Point Two, 4000-5000 Royal Marco Way)

RMP One is the largest of the 3 with 125 beachfront residences, 6 beach villas, and 11 beach cottages. The beachfront residences are offered in 4 different layouts ranging from 2 BR / 2.5 BA units up to 3 BR / 3.5 BA units, all of which include sizable beach view patios. RMP Two is the second largest association with a total of 112 units, split up into two 9-story mid rise buildings. The buildings are symmetrical so that every unit features an extended terrace with breathtaking beach views. There’s 8 units on each floor with 4 possible floor plans ranging from 2 BR / 2 BA units to 3 BR / 3.5 BA units.
RMP Three comes in as the smallest community in the association at just 78 units spread over a 7-story mid rise. You’ll find smaller floor plans in this building, though just like the others each unit features large screened terraces with awesome water views. Royal Marco Point Three offers 5 floor plans ranging from 2 BR / 2 BA up to 3 BR / 3 BA layouts.
